Authentic early art deco vintage screw back dangle earrings, completely original and correct, begin with button style tops in angel skin coral colored glass cabochons. A silvery lyre panel is suspended with three fine gauge chains, staggered with simulated coral beads and terminating with tapered tube / cone beads, again in complementing angel skin coral color. Beautifully constructed with all original materials and findings. Circa 1920s-early 1930s.
The silver tone screw back earrings measure approximately 3 1/4 inches at their longest point x 1/2 inch with a 1/4 inch profile or height at lobe portion. Top cabs are approximately 10.5 millimeters; tapered cones, 13 millimeters x 4 millimeters. Weight of the earrings pair is a light 7.9 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components original and intact. No chips, nicks, cracks or breaks to beads. All chains and connections secure. Proper alignment and dangle. Earring screw backs strong and secure. Beads retain coral color, tapered tubes ringed with fine striations. Original patina. No polishing done. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
The pieces are not signed. Rare examples of completely correct and unaltered 1920s vintage costume earrings.
