Gloss white, molded specialty glass beads with dabs of bright jonquil yellow in an organic / free form shape anchor these wonderful '50s vintage melon green moonglow dangle earrings with brass tone prongs and filigree bead caps. Wire secured lobe beads are round while dangles are pear shaped. Note that bottom bead dangles in reverse pear position. Lobe portion features pie crust setting with multi prong grips. French clips secure.
The earrings measure approximately 2 5/8 inches x 5/8 inch at their widest point with a 1/2 inch profile or height. Large white / yellow glass beads are about 27 millimeters x 15 millimeters; round green moonglow beads, 12 millimeters. Weight of the earrings pair is 21 grams.
Condition is excellent original vintage. All components intact. All beads free from chips, nicks, crack or breaks. All secure within settings. No dents or improper bends to metal components. Glorious iridescent moon glow color and effect. Some of the gold tone / brass tone settings have acquired patina / darkening. No verdigris. No polishing or abrasive cleaning done. Patina left undisturbed. Earrings aligned and dangle freely. Earring clips strong and secure. Clean. No damage / no repairs. Patina , as noted. Excellent vintage.
