Check out these fabulous '50s-60s vintage filigree metal disk and faux pearl dangle clip earrings. Predating the so called shoulder dusters of the '80s, this magnificent pair offers a wonderful combination of two sided brass tone filigree disks, golden rings and lustrous simulated pearls -- all connected via jump rings for sensational swing. Though an impossibly long 6 1/2 inches with multiple disks and pearls, the earrings remain lightweight and comfortable.
The earrings are about 6 1/2 inches long and a very approximate 2 inches wide (depending upon how measured and variance in spread). Each back to back convex disk is 3/4 inch wide x 1/4 inch thick. Imitation pearl, 8 millimeters. Weight of the earrings pair is 30 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components original and intact. All metal free from dents or improper bends. All pearls retain nacre and luster -- no chips cracks, flea bites or rubs. Brass tone finish intact, fronts and backs. Appreciated patina intact. No polishing done. Original soldered earring clips strong and secure. Extremely clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
The earring are not signed. Materials and construction date them circa 1950s-1960s.
