Five faceted rectangular topaz art glass stones (unfoiled and open backed) are set into fancy "frames of elegant antique gold color" as Judy Lee's 1968 catalog describes. The five panels are joined via lined connector bars and secured by a lined fold over clasp. An example of this bracelet with different colored art glass can be seen in Julia C. Carroll's "Collecting Costume Jewelry 303".
The bracelet measures approximately 7 inches x 1 inch with a 5/16 inch profile or height. Glass stones are about 25 millimeters x 19 millimeters. Weight of the bracelet is 58 grams.
Condition is very good vintage. All components original and intact. All art glass stones secure within pronged settings. All connections secure. All gold tone finish intact front and back. Fold over clasp strong and secure. Extremely clean. There is one very shallow surface blister chip on side of middle stone near decorative steeple prongs. It is about 2 millimeter x 2 millimeters and can be seen in the photos displayed. Blemish is reflected in price. No other issues / no repairs. Very good vintage.
The bracelet is unsigned Judy Lee. Circa 1968.
