Miriam Haskell surrounds us with gleaming white glass oval tubes wrapped at centers with tiny faceted beads and gold tone roping encircling round white glass beads. The '60s vintage earrings are the adjustable screw / clip style with the signature filigree back plate. Molded white or milk glass ovals are slightly irregular lending a more hand crafted, personal touch.
The earrings measure approximately 1 1/4 inches x 7/8 inches at their widest point with a 1/2 inch profile or height. Center round beads are about 7 millimeters. Weight of the earrings pair is 10 grams.
Condition is very good vintage. All components intact. Molded glass oval links and white glass beads free from chips, nicks, cracks or breaks. No stains. Gold tone finish has some wear / tarnish or perhaps just plain age commensurate patina. No polishing done. Wiring appears secure. Earring screw / clips strong and secure. Clean. No damage / no repairs. Finish appear as noted. Very good vintage.
Each original earring clip bar signed: "HASKELL". Solder point marked: "MIRIAM HASKELL". Earring pads stamped with patent number "3, 176,475". Circa 1965.
