Judy Lee jewels, produced by the Blanch-ette Company of Chicago circa 1958-1980s, were sold through home parties much like Sarah Coventry / Emmons.
The high quality brooch and earrings set presented, circa 1960s-1970s, offers filigree leafs in a comfortable light weight gold tone metal. Dazzling and dramatic, drag and droop free, clip earrings feature double stacked leaves while the brooch incorporates five overlapping leaves with curled base stems.
The brooch is a very generous 3 1/4 inches x 2 3/4 inches at it's widest point with a maximum 7/16 inch profile or height. Matching earring are approximately 1 5/8 inches x 1 1/8 inches. Weight of the set is a comfortable, easy to wear 9 grams.
Condition is excellent / near pristine vintage. All components original and intact. No dents, improper bends or crush. All soldering secure. All leaves properly shaped and aligned. All gold tone finish intact, fronts and backs. Pin mechanism and earring clips strong and secure. Minimal wear. No damage / no repairs. Near pristine vintage.
The brooch is signed on reverse within a round cartouche in block caps: "JUDY LEE". Each original earring clip is signed in script: "Judy-Lee". Circa 1960s-1970s.
