Two large, fancy prong set lustrous lapis blue glass cabochons pop against Haskell's famous Russian embossed gold tone stations while three strands of glossy, textured faux lapis lazuli glass beads, separated by tiny golden faceted beads wrap round the wrist. Reminders of Haskell's Egyptian revival jewelry, lapis blue and burnished gold colors reflect and refresh.
The '50s vintage bracelet measures approximately 7 inches long with push in box clasp and detachable safety chain x 1 inch at it's widest point (linked gold tone front pieces). Blue glass cabs are about 12 millimeters; textured molded glass beads, 8 millimeters x 5 millimeters. Weight of the bracelet is approximately 36 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components intact. All glass beads and cabs intact with no chips, nicks, cracks or breaks. All gold tone finish intact with minimal wear to reverse only. Russian gold tone has nice patina -- no polishing done. Safety chain has two unaddressed tarnish spots. Bracelet strands and linkage secure. Wired and soldered components secure. Clasp and detachable safety chain strong and secure. Clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
Reverse of the box clasp is signed within an oval cartouche: "MIRIAM HASKELL". Circa 1950s.
