Gold tone ribbon twists surround a dome of cranberry-grape aurora borealis chaton rhinestones in these '50s-'60s vintage button style clip earrings. Bronze flashes emerge from purplish tones of the ab rhinestones, complementing the light gold tone finish of the metal ribbon twists and beaded stone settings. Domes lend dimension, boosting color and sparkle.
The earrings measure approximately 1 1/8 inches across with a 3/8 inch dome. Chaton rhinestones are about 6 millimeters. Weight of the earrings pair is approximately 22 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components original and intact. All rhinestones retain color and aurora borealis finish. No off, cloudy or dead stones. Gold tone finish intact, fronts and backs. Some slight wear to gold tone finish on clip paddles. Clip mechanisms strong and secure. Clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
The earrings are unsigned beauties from the 1950s-1960s.
