Each of the five gilt pot metal links is filled with flower blossoms, foliage and beading surrounding a faceted oval glass stone and two accent rhinestones in this well preserved 1920s-1930s bracelet. Connectors are heavy boxcar links that complement the fold over clasp closure. Five large oval, pronged glass stones are unfoiled and open backed in shades of red, green, blue, amethyst and golden topaz. Each is flanked by a pair of cup set chaton rhinestones in coordinated shades. The bracelet boasts beautiful colors boosted by dramatic, dimensional gilded metal work.
The bracelet is about 7 inches long with fold over clasp x 1 1/8 inches wide with a 1/4 inch profile or thickness. Oval stones are approximately 12 millimeters x 10 millimeters; chatons, about 4 millimeters. Weight of the bracelet is 44 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components intact. All links aligned and secure with correct connections. Links free from dents or improper bends. All stones free from chips, nicks, cracks or breaks and remain secure within settings. Art glass stones glow with color; rhinestones retain color and brilliance. Gilded (gold) finish intact front and back with minimal wear on reverse contact points only. Clasp secure. Extremely clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
The bracelet is not signed. It's design, materials and construction indicate a 1920s-1930s vintage.
