Beautifully conceived and constructed two row necklace of light green glass beads hails from the Robert Clark era at Miriam Haskell. Heavy beads in two sizes are reminiscent of light green Peking glass. Bead caps and faceted metal spacer beads punctuate and protect. While the beads carry the show, the clasp is the co-star. Spectacular six point blossom's molded glass petals are accented with high point crown caps, leafy borders, and an inner circle of fret work built up to encase a single glass bead. All done in Haskell's magnificent Russian gold tone finish. Wear it at the back, side or front -- cameo the clasp.
The double strand's shorter row is a fixed approximate 15 1/2 inch with push in box clasp. Larger bead row drapes about 1 inch longer. Necklace beads are in two sizes -- 11.5 millimeters and 9.5 millimeters. Clasp is 1 3/8 inches across point to point with a generous 11/16 inch profile or height. Weight of the necklace is approximately 108 grams.
