For your consideration, a stylishly beguiling vintage welded metal sculpture "Turn of the Century Man", circa 1970's. The work features a mustached man with a top hat riding on a two wheel bicycle. This elegantly spirited piece is composed of welded hardware scraps and fashioned metal with a mat black finish and measures 11 ½" tall, 12" long, and 3" wide. Reminiscent of the opening title sequence of Patrick McGoohan's cult TV series "The Prisoner", this artful folk art piece looks amazing in a mid-century modern environment. The work was found in Northern California. Perfect on a marble coffee table, or Knoll credenza!
