For your consideration, a stylized mid century painting by the San Francisco Bay Area artist Jean Foster Jenkins. The subject is San Francisco’s famous Victorian houses “painted ladies”. The signed work features a vital and saturated color palette and displays paint handling reminiscent of enameling, a medium which Jenkins employs in much of her works. The oil on board work is in excellent condition and measures 12” x 6 1/8” , framed 13 ¼” x 7 ½” Bio: Education: Carnegie-Mellon University – B.F.A.; UCLA – M.
