We are proud to list a very rare huge brooch by Eisenberg from 1940’s.
A single brooch like ours can be found on page 173 of the book
“Collectible Costume Jewelry: Identification and Values” by Cherri Simonds.
As all Eisenberg jewelry the brooch is well crafted
with high quality emerald green and clear rhinestones
set in 2 silver metal wreaths with ribbons.
The larger green stones are with open backs, the smaller are foiled
to increase high sparkling reflection.
There is no missing or dead stones.
The whopping brooch is 4 5/8” wide, 2 5/8” tall,
and weighs 84.5 grams.
It is equipped with secure C clasp.
The brooch is unsigned. It is easily attributed to Eisenberg
by the reference to the aforementioned book.
There are a few fleabite chips on rhinestones appropriate for vintage jewelry.
Very good vintage condition.
Jewelry box shown for display only.
