Very pretty sterling with royal blue enamel brooch

It catches eye with deep royal blue guilloche enamel on the belt part.

It is hallmarked AJS for English jewelry maker Arthur Johnson Smith,
and anchor stamp for Birmingham.
The weight is 3.4 grams.
The clasp is Victorian C type with tubular hinge.
Excellent antique condition commensurate with age.
There is no chips on enamel.
