Antique Georgian 14K gold watch key with blood stone hexagonal seal
and split ring, C. late 1790 - early 1800.
The key is beautifully shaped, tapering down from the hexagonal head
to the actual watch key hole.
There is a blood stone seal insert with carved mirrored monogram on the top.
8 mm diameter split ring on the side adds to the key value.
The watch key is 23 mm (7/8") long, the head is 10 mm (3/8") across.
There is no hallmarks, tested 14K gold.
Total weight is 2.2 grams.
Excellent antique condition.
