Here is a very pretty yet dainty choker necklace in a modified Machine Age style.
It would suit a wearer who loves the Art Deco style but who does not want the extreme Modernist look.
It features dark reddish brown glass beads of globular form which diminish in size towards the extremities of the necklace. The large bead in the centre front is flanked by silver tone metal caps in the form of flower heads. These caps also embellish the smaller glass beads. Placed in between are oval chrome spacers and globular chrome beads.
The final illustration shows a plate from the standard work on Jakob Bengel (Art Deco Jewelry) by C Weber-Stober. 2002. Notice the similarity of the flower shaped bead caps to the Bengel example.
