Open mouth with teeth. Deep dimples. Compo overall is nice with typical light crazing. It would all disappear with a craze concealer, if need be. Original full mohair wig looks to be all there and is in need of a re style. It is a little wild right now. It is detached from her head so you can clean it and restyle it with ease. No lifting. Good color. May have had light air brush in the past. I am really not sure. This is the way I received her. She is wearing a Mommy Made Shirley type dress that buttons in the front and looks adorable on.
