Boris Bally (American, b. 1961) “D.P.W. Platter”, three layers of cut and formed reclaimed metal road signs. An urban sculptural wall plaque made with precision and attention to detail using reclaimed materials. Stamped with incised trademark and additionally hand signed in black marker. Bally initially trained as a goldsmith in Switzerland before turning his eye toward reclaimed metals. He’s carried that meticulous precision into the construction of his pieces. Comes with a matching custom wall hanger for mounting on wall. Measures 25in diameter x 3.5in depth. Condition: Excellent condition with a slightly rustic finish original to the piece and as intended.
