Chicago painter and graphic designer. Strobel studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and the University of Illinois and taught at Northwestern University. Framed in period gilt wood frame. Measures 56in x 37.5in framed and 55in x 35in image only. Condition: Old repairs to large tears in canvas far right side 12in down from top, and again bottom right in the dark field, minor sesame seed size hole very top left corner, some waviness to the canvas top right where is hasn’t been fully stretched.
