Melissa Zink (American/New Mexico, 1932 -2009) Art pottery sculpture, circa 1980’s, depicting a diorama in the round of an exhibition of cultural artifacts from a fantasy culture. All the masks either have no eyes or have the eyes obscured. Very interesting piece. We have this on a rotating platform (marble lazy susan) so we can easily see all four sides, this is not original to the piece but will be included in the sale. Measures 14in diameter, 8in height. Condition: Do to the very fragile nature of this piece several small finials/protrusions have broken off various most and most, if not all, are contained in a small plastic bag that came with the sculpture and can be re-attached.
