Titled, signed and inscribed in pencil along bottom margin. “To Carl Barrett from Ralph Fletcher Seymour”. Not sure if this is meant to be Carlos Barrett who would have been a California artist working at the same time as Seymour. Frame in period wood frame, matted under glass. Measures 15in 14in framed and 10in x 8in sight. Condition: light toning at edges where paper meets mat board, nicks and chips to frame.
