Antique dealers Tom and Laura Siano of Blue Moon Jewels and Artifacts, and The Yellow Garage Antiques, present a remarkable 1960s JULIANA D&E (William DeLizza & Harold Elster of NY, NY) Easter egg demi parure gold tone brooch and clip earring set.
The brooch displays a stunning Easter egg art glass stone, surrounded by emerald and topaz marquis rhinestones, gorgeous Aurora Borealis chatons of different size, and eight brilliant orange chatons. The colors combined create a dazzling set of elegant, luxurious fashion costume jewelry. As seen in our photos the earrings mirror the brooch in design. All rhinestones are in their original prong setting and in excellent condition.
It should be noted this set appears in several jewelry collector books, including on the cover of "Costume Jewelry 101" by Julia C. Carroll. It also appears in "Warman's Costume Jewelry" book on page 252, with the brooch being estimated at$325-$400. Additionally, the same brooch and earring set appears on page 113 in "The Art of Juliana Jewelry" by Katerina Musetti, where its estimated value is $200-$300.
Juliana jewelry provides the discriminating collector beautiful vintage pieces of the finest quality in color and design. It is with pleasure we offer this highly desirable, greatly prized demi parure Juliana set.
