PAYMENT DUE DATES: Payment by credit card is due at the time of purchase (or if information must be provided to complete the invoice, when the invoice is available). Unless alternative payment schedules are arranged or approved, if payment is not received within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and the item placed back into inventory. Please note that this will be considered a non-payment transaction and will be indicated as such.

Returns or exchanges are accepted if the shop is notified within three days of receipt of the item and sent out promptly thereafter.

LAYAWAY TERMS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO THE PLACEMENT OF A PURCHASE ORDER. Layaway must be approved prior to purchase order placement, and the terms and duration are based on individual orders . As a rule, we do not offer layaway on Red Tag, Final Clearance, accepted offers or on orders totalling less than $100. Items purchased on layaway and layaway payments are non-refundable. If any payment is delayed more than two weeks beyond the payment due date without written approval from our shop (e-mail entry placed in the invoice), the layaway agreement is cancelled, previous payments forfeited and the item placed back into inventory.
