Here is a gorgeous Victorian era gold filled bracelet featuring a large bezel set lavender glass stone and dating to the late 1800’s. The inside oval measures 2 ½” wide by 2 ¼” high with a 7 ¼” inside circumference estimated to be a size large. It is ½” wide at the back and 1 ¼” wide on the front where a large oval lavender glass stone is set. The stone is open at the back and faceted on both sides adding dimension and sparkle when worn. The beautifully detailed floral design surrounding the center stone is a perfectly crafted curved second gold filled layer that is riveted to the main bracelet frame. It has the manufacturers mark A.C. Co on the inside and three lightly engraved script initials ACK visible on the outside. This rare high quality Victorian bracelet opens smoothly and closes securely with a firm snap. It is in very good vintage condition with only some light surface scratches and one tiny light dimple near the side hinge consistent with its age and use being mentioned to be accurate. The stone is not chipped or cracked and has 3 tiny flea bites visible only under magnification. This strikingly beautiful bracelet can be worn for any special occasion while adding some bling to your delicate wrist.
