Here is a rare Bakelite salt & pepper shaker set with metal screw off stems dating to the 1940’s. They measure 1 1/8” tall without the stems and 2 ¾” with stems and 1 ½” wide. The colors are light cherry red and black and they are designed to lay flat on a table leaning on the metal stems that screw on and off smoothly for refilling. These Art Deco shakers are in very good clean vintage condition with no chips, cracks only some very light surface scratches consistent with age and light use and being mentioned to be accurate. These fabulous Art Deco shakers would make a great addition to anyone’s Bakelite kitchen collectibles decor.
