Here is a gorgeous Art Deco Coro Duette trembler flower pin, brooch and clip set known as Quivering Camellia designed and copyrighted by Gene Verrecchio and dates to the late 1930’s. This set measures 3” wide by 1 ½” high and marked D. Pat 1798867 Reg U.S.A. Pat Off on the clip backs and on the pin back frame it is stamped Coro Duette Pat. No. 1798867. Completing this beautiful design the flowers are surrounded by multiple rows of cherry red rhinestone baguettes and rows of clear round rhinestones plus 4 dark green hand painted enamel leaves complimenting the final color design. The frame and clip backs are Rhodium plated and the 2 flowers are set in a gold vermeil over silver. This Duette pin and clip set is in excellent vintage condition with all its original bright clear and colored rhinestones. Two of the green enamel leaves have a tiny chip near the edge of each leaf hardly noticeable but being mentioned to be accurate. This rare high quality Coro Duette pin would make a great addition to any women’s jewelry collection.
