Here is a stunning Edwardian gold filled locket dating to the 1920's and measures 1 ¼” in diameter excluding the bale. It has beautifully executed engraved swirly designs along with engraved leaves accented with 8 clear sparkly rhinestones completing the design. The locket opens easily and snaps firmly shut and has all its original rhinestones which bright and sparkly. Inside there are 2 original frames that lift out with your fingernail to add pictures if you wish. It is hallmarked on the frame JMF & Co. which stands for The J.M. Fisher Company founded in 1893 in Attleboro Mass. The locket is in very good vintage condition with a couple of very tiny dents on the back and some very light surface scratches hardly noticeable but consistent with age and use and mentioned to be accurate. This lovely Edwardian locket is spectacular in person and would make a great addition to anyone’s locket collection.
