Here is a very rare beautiful Art Deco Sweetheart baby or child’s gold-filled stretch expansion bracelet dating to the 1940’s. The bracelet measures 3/8” high with and inside diameter of 1¼” with a center plaque measuring ½” in diameter. The center plaque has a bezel set blue rhinestone framed in a circle design and the expansion band features scroll decorated links which alternate with smooth polished gold-filled links. The inside of the bracelet has a very smooth finish and would be most comfortable on a babies wrist. The bracelet is marked American Queen Pitman & Keeler and is in very good vintage condition with no scratches or dings of any kind. Bracelets like this were manufactured during World War 2 and given as gifts by soldiers stationed in the US, Europe and Asia to their wives, moms, sisters and sweethearts and were also made in baby sizes like this one to be given as gifts to war babies. This very rare baby bracelet would be a perfect precious baby girl gift for any family to receive. Very sweet little bracelet that would look great on a doll or make a wonderful Christening gift.
