Lenox introduced this pattern with a half inch gold rim and thin gold line in 1925. Interestingly it never had a name and is known today by its number 86 1/2. The 86 1/2 pattern was available in a myriad of pieces and is quite collectible. This china pattern was frequently used as demitasse and cream soup liners in sterling holders. The bowl is 4 1/2" in diameter not including the handles. The saucer is 6" in diameter. It is marked on the bottom with the green Lenox factory mark. It also has the name of the retailer, Hutzler Brothers of Baltimore. These pieces are in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or repairs. The gold trim may have a few minor rubs but is not worn to the china base on the bowl or its handles. The price is for one but you can buy up to the number remaining.
