The C.A.C. was a predecessor to the Lenox China Company founded in Trenton New Jersey in the late 19th century. The green palette mark on this fabulous vase dates it to 1889-1906. The bulbous vase is 6 1/2" tall and has a base of 3 1/2". It is covered with full bloom yellow roses cascading from the top on a brown, green, and yellow background. It is an unusual combination that compliments the yellow roses nicely and has an overall pleasant, soft, autumn-like palette. The vase is finely executed but without an artist;'s signature. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or repairs. The palette mark appears to have been hastily applied or torn at the factory and does not include the work Belleek.
