The factory mark on the reverse indicates that this flow blue soup bowl was made by the Thomas Furnival & Sons Pottery between 1871-1890. The pattern is called BOMBAY. It is in 9 1/4" in diameter and quite stunning. It has a far east aesthetic. It is in excellent condition overall with no cracks, chips, or flea bites. It appears unused as there are no utensil marks. The bowl does show fine overall crazing. The factory and registry marks are shown. The price is for one but there are a total of 9 available.
