This soap dispenser in the discontinued, AALSMEER pattern is an early piece of Mackenzie-Childs pottery. The firm was located in Aurora, NY and noted for its whimsical hand-crafted free-form style and decoration. MacKenzie-Childs pottery is highly sought after. The AALSMEER pattern has been discontinued for some time and was named for a city in the Netherlands. The soap dispenser is 9" tall to the top of the dispenser. The dispenser is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or repairs. The dispenser works. It is marked on the bottom as shown. Note we recently acquired a collection of this and other MacKenzie-Childs patterns that we will be adding to our shop. Please e-mail us with any questions and visit often.
