Baccarat introduced the elaborately cut Conde pattern in 1908 and produced it until 1995. This is an unmarked, early production piece that predated the introduction of the acid etched factory logo in 1936. The entire goblet is intricately cut with tiny criss cross, fan, and star cuts. The stem has four tiers and the foot is scalloped and also completely cut. The goblet is thin crystal and required an extremely skilled artisan to successfully produce a pattern of this complexity. It is a hard to find pattern and this is the first opportunity we have had to offer this pattern for sale. Note this is the tall goblet. It is 7 1/8” tall. The diameter of the rim is 3 1/2”. There is a smaller water goblet so please measure yours if you are trying to match pieces. The goblet is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or repairs. The crystal is bright and shiny. It is not marked and presumably had a paper label. The price is for one and you can buy up to the number remaining. This is a rare pattern from a world class manufacturer.
