This Meissen pattern rim was produced by the Charles Field Haviland Company in cooperation with the Metropolitan Museum of Art. It is a reproduction of a piece of antique porcelain in the museum's collection. It is appropriately marked on the reverse with both the C.F. Haviland factory mark and the MMA logo and description. This version of the pattern has an inner red line. It is 9" in diameter. The soup bowl is in unused condition and has no cracks, chips, repairs, or trim wear. It was displayed and never used.
