The factory mark on these gorgeous service plates indicates that they were decorated at the Pickard Studio between 1930-1938 on Czech/Bohemian china blanks. The finely etched, gold-encrusted borders are stunning and feature urns, palmettes, and scrolling. The gold covers the entire rim and dips into the well of the plates. The center of the plates contain different floral bouquets. The plates are 10 3/4" in diameter and marked on the reverse as shown. They are in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or repairs. There are several plates that exhibit slight wear on the inner portion of the gold due to stacking as shown by enlarging the fourth or fifth picture. However, it is clear that these plates were used sparingly if at all. They are not signed. The price is for the set. We are offering free shipping on these plates.
