What a gorgeous and rarely seen combination of colors in this lovely bracelet! Dating from the 1930--1940 era, it is in perfect condition. The bracelet features 1/2" square pyramids of blue chalcedony framed in delicate beading. They alternate with carnelian lifesavers that are 11/16" wide. The bracelet measures 7 1/4" long, and the gold links in between are 1/8" wide and 1/2" long. It weighs 18.6 grams.
The bracelet is unmarked but tests positive for 14K gold. It is most certainly an American piece, even patriotic looking!
I have not seen another one with this striking color combination, and it is a real attention getter.
