From my private Collection, a late 19th Century Pendant with original shell cameo in the center, and dangling genuine ruby beads.

The pendant is made of gilded Sterling silver.

From the style one could think that its origin is very probably Italian the more so that there is a hallmark on the back of the pendant which indicates 800; this was widely used in Italy as a Silver hallmark at then end of the 19th Century.

Dimensions are 70 x 40 mm or 2.8 x 1.6 in.

Weight is 6.75 grams.
