Here are Three Wonderful Barge Ware Teapots with dome lids and teapot finials. They have bird and flower sprigged decorations on a treacle glazed brown background. Each is marked 'Home Sweet Home'.
Barge ware in general dates from the British Victorian Era, c. 1870-1910. It was made for people who lived on barges or canal boats. Many pieces were sold as gifts and can be found with gift messages or names.
These pots are 4.25", 6.75", and 7.75" high. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing. They have been on display and not used. I do not know how old these particular pots are. They are not dated and there is no maker's mark.
They are beautiful to look at, touch, and will make a fabulous addition to any Teapot Collection!
