Shown here for your consideration is this antique Victorian era silver chatelaine clip. Highly detailed repousse work depicting a boar hunt. You can see the horsemen on the left corner blowing his bugle horn. Followed by his hounds that are chasing the boar. The bottom adornment displays the head of a duck. It has places for five chains to be hung. Back bears european hallmarks with 800 for 80% silver content. This comes in at a generous 51.5 grams. Light signs of wear as to be expected.
