Here is a vintage cotton weave tapestry that can be used as a pillow or a placemat. The design features three colorful lighthouses. I know the lighthouse in the middle is Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, but the other two I am not sure of. One could be Currituck, North Carolina, and the other could be West Quoddy Head, Maine.
There is an open area on one side so that you can stuff it with fiberfill for a pillow. That area is easily sewn up if you wish to use it in another way. The back has a dark blue cotton fabric.
SIZE: 18.25 inches x 12.25 inches
FABRIC CONTENT: cotton and polyester (see tag for content)
The tapestry woven part is in excellent condition, and has been stored in a closet, away from sunlight, in an air-conditioned home; it dates to the early 1990s.
