A magnificently ornamented, multidimensional French Victorian , Circa 1850, Diamond Pendant and Brooch, combining an openwork interwoven design with textured and beaded detail and black enamel accents suspending three pendants, containing one antique pear shape and seven old European cut diamonds. The diamonds weighing approximately 1.50 carats total, nice bright and well matched, G-H color and VS-SI clarity overall. Length 3 " (75 mm x 40 mm); tube hinged pin and "C"-catch fastener. The Pendant/brooch diameter 39 mm. The brooch made of 18k gold ( tested, stamped ). The weight is 14.19 grams. Hallmark on the pin: Eagle head , stands for French, Paris from 1847 and guarantee 750/1000 purity.

The piece in great antique condition with light scratches, tiny dents in keeping with general wear. Overall light wear commensurate with age and use. All diamonds are present and appear original with no visible wear to the girdle. Light wear on the enamel and some patina. Cleaned and Ready to wear. All parts seem to be original except possible later pendant fittings. Since we list antique and vintage items we try to make sure to identify any issues.
