Very European in it's design. This is a very sweet ring.
Features a 10mm x 8mm (approx. 2.5 carats) oval bubble gum color pink tourmaline. The stone is clean to the eye, but under 10 power magnification there are a few inclusions. Very typical of tourmaline, being what the gemological industry refers to as a "class three gemstone" where small inclusions are common and accepted without any devaluation.
There are 4 very small bead-set diamonds. 2 on each side of the center stone.
Love the squared off design and open cut outs on the shoulders. Great conversation piece.
Weighs 4.72 grams and is hallmarked "14K" and is signed by the designer with the initials "TAL"
Currently a very sizable 6. Very nice vintage condition, with signs of minimal wear.
