This contemporary, tension set elongated kunzite and round almandine garnet ring has a beautiful play of color in its pinks and reds.
The white gold mounting is a show stopper and really sets off the huge 10mm X 15 mm kunzite.
The center stone is flanked with small diamonds on each side and then the shoulders of the ring hold 12 almandine garnets on each side, totaling 24.
Each almandine garnet is 2 points. Totaling just under 1/2 carat. The mounting is hall marked 10 karat gold and has acid tested as such.
The mounting is sturdy, heavy 10 karat gold, weighing 9.47 grams. The ring sits 10 mm off the finger allowing the light to really play off this incredible pinky violet colored stone. It is free of any inclusions and is "powder-pink" in color.
Currently a size 6.25. Due to the tension setting, I do not recommend any resizing on this ring.
Substantial and breath taking in all ways.
