This piece is amazing! This rare and beautiful sterling silver, gold washed napkin ring by International features lovely green Guilloche enamel with black borders. There are also sweet pink roses. This piece measures 2 1/4” by 1” by 3/4” tall and is marked for International. There is a C monogram.
