This is a rare and beautiful sterling silver napkin ring. It features a lovely guilloche enamel design with sweet flowers on a yellow background with a bright blue border. There is a C monogram on the center. This piece measures 2 1/2” by 1” by 3/4” tall in the front and 1/2” tall in the back. It is marked for International and is in extremely good condition.
