Presented is a FRADLEY STERLING SILVER TEA BALL embellished with repousse designs. It is marked on the bottom STERLING, the trade mark for J.F. FRADLEY & CO., and a production number. The marks are quite worn, but can just be made out. It's pictured on page 41 of "Silver Tea Balls" by Dottie & Seymour Shapiro and listed as very rare.
Size: Approx. 1 1/2" Diameter x 1 1/2"" High
Condition is very good to near excellent - just light average wear consistent with an item over 100 years old.
