Lovely Antique Wax Over Paper Mache Head Doll - Serene Look

Today we are offering this sweet and serene looking wax over paper mache head doll. She has blue glass sleep eyes that function well, a blond mohair wig, and very nice coloring. I believe she may be wearing her original clothes. They have seen better days and so has this poor girl. Even though her head is in good condition, her body has been through the mill. It has been severely repaired so that she does not leak any sawdust. The paint has peeled off of her lower legs and shoes. Her dress has been munched on by the moths and even with all of those problems, she continues to smile. Her wig is not in great condition but suits her well. She measures approx. 17" tall.

She would be perfect for a primitive setting.
