I am pleased to offer this Victorian diamond, green stone, and seed pearl ring!
The ring is crafted in 10K yellow gold with etched detailing on the shoulders of the shank. The face of the ring features a five claw set centered green stone with white diamonds on either side. The centered green stone measures approximately 2.2mm with no abrasions noted. The diamonds measure approximately 2.0mm or 0.03 carats each. The stones are all securely prong set and in good condition with no abrasions. There are 4 inset seed pearls on either side of the centered stones.
The face of the ring measures slightly over 1/2" north to south and 5/16" east to west. The overall setting height measures 3/16". The green stone tests for a leaded glass stone which is typical of the period.
The ring weighs 2.6 grams and is currently an US size 7-1/2. The ring is in very good estate condition and there is some evidence on the inner aspect of the shank that the ring was sized by a previous owner. It is not marked however carefully acid tested for 10K.
Don't miss this lovely Victorian find!
