~ Single Draw Early 1800’s Telescope By Prince & Co Brass And Leather ~

Very nice looking Brass and textured leather single draw long telescope made prior to 1843 as this was when Prince and Co dissolved their business.

This would make a lovely decorative piece.

It measures 90cm extended and 50cm closed.

~ Condition ~

This telescope has a small piece of leather missing from the viewing end as pictured.

There are a few dents in the brass as expected in a telescope of this age but they just add to the pleasing patina.

The front glass has a crack across it and viewing through the telescope is far from perfect.

It is really a decorative piece only.
