~ Walter Moorcroft Fuchsia Table Lamp Circa 1935 ~
A stunning lamp of tubelined double blossom fuchsia flowers over a blue to green graduated background.
The silver plated mounts include the acanthus leaf lamp shade mount and three elaborate stylised lion feet over a circular stand.
Underneath is the Queen May paper label which was in use from 1928 to 1949.
The opaque white glass shade is original to the piece.
~ Condition ~
The vase is in very good order, free from chips and cracks. There is the odd bit of wear. The silver plate is worn, most notably on the base plate. The glass shade has a chip to the inside of the upper rim, otherwise fine.
The lamp MUST be rewired by a professional electrician before use.
Two of the shade fixing screws are missing.

The lamp itself is 54 cm (21.25 inches) tall, with the glass shade it is 69 cm (27 inches). The maximum diameter of the body is 14.5 cm (5.25 inches). The set weighs 4.35 Kg.
